Terms and conditions:

Deposit
A deposit as stated in the individual tours will be required with your completed booking form to ensure a place is then reserved in your name. A booking confirmation will be issued showing the date the balance is due. (Tours booked within 60 days of departure will pay in full at the time of booking). Please note late payment may result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your tour.

Surcharges
Circumstances beyond our control may increase the cost of your tour, eg cancellation of tunnel crossing, hotel upgrades in the event of suitable accommodation not being available.

If YOU cancel
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and the following terms apply:

60 days before departure date - full refund less £25.00 person
Between 60 and 30 days - no refund but 50% credit for 12 months towards
another tour
Less than 30 days - no refund

Therefore it is strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance.

If WE cancel
We reserve the right to cancel but this would only become necessary in exceptional circumstances. Under such circumstances we would endeavour to offer an alternative. If this were not possible or acceptable, we would issue a full refund. We will not be held responsible for or offer a refund/compensation due to circumstances beyond our control.

 


Transfer of booking
In the event of you having to cancel, we will accept transfer of your booking to another person. However, you will be liable for any administration costs we incur and are responsible for your nominee paying their monies in full.

Tour changes
It is possible that changes can occur although most of these changes will be minor and would not affect your holiday. However, in the event of a major change, you will be immediately advised and given the option of:

(a) continuing the tour but with a new itinerary;
(b) accepting an alternative of the same or increased value;
(c) cancelling your holiday with a full refund.

Finance protection
In accordance with EC Directives, all monies will be kept in trust until your tour is complete.

Our responsibilities
We accept responsibility for providing a tour package as described in our website but are not responsible for any deficiencies in services due to local conditions, maintenance or weather conditions.

Your responsibilities
It is your responsibility to:

(a) advise us of any existing illness, infirmity, allergies or dietary needs that may affect you whilst on your holiday.

(b) be a competent rider with a motorcycle that is road legal, mechanically sound and of a type suitable for touring.

(c) hold a valid Insurance Certificate covering the motorcycle, rider and pillion passenger., including European cover.

(d) have the ability to get yourself and/or pillion and/or motorcycle home in the event of a breakdown, accident or emergency.

Necessary documentation
You must have the following documents:

(a) A valid UK passport. (If a non-UK resident, please ensure a visa is not required for your country of destination).

(b) E111 (available from any Post Office).

(c) European insurance cover for your motorcycle
, green card or bail bond, if applicable.

(d) Personal travel insurance for yourself and pillion (available from any Post Office).

NB: Evidence of breakdown and personal insurance will be required before departure.
